I have used raw honey and really like it. You only have to use a little bit to make something extra sweet. I used to not like raw tomatoes, but I love them now. I think the reason I didn't like them before is that I always refrigerated them and they got all grainy and mushy. A fresh unrefrigerated tomato is sweet and bursting with flavor!
